Verizon’s New Price Flexibility Isn’t the Answer

Last week, Verizon announced that it would be providing its wholesale customers with detailed pricing data. This, along with the ability to un-bundle certain services is designed to allow these resellers the opportunity to analyze the data and make smarter use of their (usually) limited budgets when using Verizon services.

Simply put, this isn’t the answer.

The U.S. currently ranks 33rd in download speed; internet consumers  don’t need more of the same internet at the same prices. What is needed is more alternatives and more bandwidth. And yes, it should be much much cheaper.
