At netBlazr, the health and safety of our employees, our customers, and the communities we serve are our top priority. We understand that the Internet is more crucial than ever to keep you connected to work, your loved ones, and the wider world. netBlazr has been deemed an essential business by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. That means that while many staff members are working remotely in order to practice social distancing and stay safe, we are still fully operational at this time.
- We are still carrying out customer installations and network maintenance, and will continue to do so as long as we are allowed by law.
- netBlazr technicians are wearing protective gear during appointments. Please practice good social distancing and give our technicians ample space to complete their work in your unit.
- If you do have an upcoming appointment, please reach out to your property management team to confirm access to the building’s telco closets. We will need access to the Telco closets for all netBlazr appointments.
- If you have an appointment and are feeling sick, or would simply prefer to move your appointment to a later date, please call us ahead of time so we can reschedule.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide any crucial updates to our customers via email, blog, and social media profiles.
