Selecting a Wireless Router

Once connected to netBlazr high-speed broadband many people ask “What is the best wireless router for my home?” We have not taken any position on recommending consumer devices since our network is largely agnostic to those choices. We do suggest getting a dual-band router, which can access both the 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz channels. Also one that at least has 802.11n (“n” router) capability. These technologies will help you receive the best signal throughout your home. Remember a wired connection will always offer the fastest and most stable connection. You should directly connect devices that are within reach.

To find reviews and recommendations on which specific router to buy, we found reasonable advice online at CNET and PCMagazine.
