One of the reasons netBlazr is able to use unlicensed radio spectrum with minimum risk of interference is our use of directional antennas. Many wireless ISPs use directional antennas because it lets them send signals over longer distances. At netBlazr, all of our links are relatively short (usually less than 100-200 meters or yards). We use directional antennas to minimize received interference. If you are a radio geek, you’ll appreciate this site survey.
The netBlazr signal is a full 35 dB lounder than any of the potentially interfering signals.
